2024 HALL OF EXCELLENCE AWARDS
The recipients of the Hall of Excellence Awards will be recognized during the 2024 Reunion of Classes of the S.A. Jones High School. The applications and criterion are provided below.
The Education Trail Blazer Award
The Education Trial Blazer Award is meant and designed for those who have made special contributions, outstanding service, and/or achievement in the arena of Education. (See application for description).
The National Community Service Awardand The National Corporate Service Award
The National Community Service Award as well as The National Corporate Service Award honors any S.A. Jones alumnus who has distinguished himself or herself in any area of service to the community or excelled in business achievement in a formidable manner. The latter two awards use the same application form, but please specify on your application the particular award for which you desire consideration.
The Hallmark Scroll of Honor
The Hallmark Scroll of Honor Award is meant to honor that S.A. Jones alumnus who continued educational studies to the nth or terminal degree
and thus has completed an earned doctorate from an accredited institution of higher learning. (Data required for confirmation is noted on the
Hallmark Scroll of Honor Award application).
Depending on the number of applicants, more than one award may be bestowed in each category. Awards may be given posthumously. The deadline for receipt of all award applications is May10, 2024.
